San Francisco to London

We met all of our delegation today at the San Francisco airport and posed for our paparazzi fan club to take our pictures. Thankfully Tori made it, we were a little worried. The parents said their good byes to everyone and we checked in for our flight. We managed to get everyone through security with no problems. Once we were done we were able to grab a relax a bit before our flight. Our flight was good, several slept while others watched movies. There was a little turbulence but nothing to serious. Eudoxie was announced over the loud speaker acknowledging her birthday. How exciting! Upon our arrival at Heathrow we were greeted by Esther, our DM. She whisked us away to lunch where we were served salmon, veggies and potatoes. We boardedmthe coach again and headed over to the London Eye. It was a bit drizzly and cold. Many of the students had their coats in the luggage under the bus. We stood in huddled masses to keep warm. As with UK weather the drizzles stopped and the patchy skies let the sun peek through am little. The London Eye was amazing. We were separated into 2 groups and boarded the capsules. The journey around took 20 or so minutes to make it around. We were afforded great views of the River Thames, Big Ben and Parliment, Buckingham Palace and several remarkable buildings. We boarded the bus and are headed to our hotel for dinner and an early bed time. Most student fell straight to sleep on our way there. They are ready for bed. Hmmm me too.
